Small follow-up to #10122
Somehow, MySQL is not able to execute a
DROP DATABASEcorrectly if some cross-referencing foreign keys still fail. I'm surprised by this; I would expect the engine is smart enough to figure out "Oh if I'm dropping the whole thing anyways then FKs don't matter". But judging by some recent staging errors, this doesn't seem to be the case.
